Övningar för Fascia och ökad rörlighet
Tänk dig fascian som ett nät av tusentals tunna sytrådar som jobbar längs med varandra. Om dessa klibbar ihop, vilket händer när vi vilar, kan problem uppstå. Till en viss nivå så hanterar kroppen det, men inte alltid. Om du tittar på en katt, eller ett litet barn, så sträcker de sig alltid på sig efter att de vilat. Varför?
Fascia som klibbat ihop, vilket den gör varje natt när vi sover, påverkar rörligheten. Vi borde kanske helt enkel göra mer som katter och barn, sträcka på oss och träna upp vighet och rörlighet.
Kunskap om fascian påverkar även hur vi ser på träning och motion. Inom kampsport har man länge, medvetet eller omedvetet, tränat på ett sätt som gynnar fascians funktionalitet. Kanske är det Zlatans bakgrund inom just kampsport som gjort att han haft så få skador under sin karriär. Det finns en anledning att tyska världsmästarna i fotboll fokuserar sin rehab kring fascia.

Solhälsningen – enkelt sätt att hålla fascian i form
En riktigt bra övning varje morgon, som tar ca 2-5 minuter, är yogans Solhälsning.
Det behövs ingen matta och det går alldeles utmärkt att göra i pyjamas. Prova att köra igenom 2 gånger i rad, varje morgon i minst två veckor så lovar vi att du märker skillnad.
- Ta ett djupt andetag och hitta balans och avslappning
- Andas in samtidigt som du sträcker armarna/kroppen bakåt
- Andas ut och böj kroppen framåt så långt du kan
- Luft på huvudet och andas in, för vänster ben bakåt
- Andas ut och för andra benet bakåt, handflator mot golvet och raka armar
- Fortsätt utandning och böj armarna
- Res på överkroppen samtidigt som du andas in
- Res upp bakdelen och behåll positionen i tre djupa andetag (om du kan)
- Andas in samtidigt som du skjuter fram kroppen men behåller vänster ben bakåt
- Starta vägen upp i samma ställning som när du gick ner. Andas ut
- Andas in och sträck armar och kropp bakåt
