Webinars about Fascia every day!
Exciting news for those of you who like Fascia – now you can join us every day, ask questions, and together create an environment of optimism for the future. Fascia has gone from a niche concept to a growing conversation about the body, health, and how everything is connected. We are in the middle of this global movement.
For many years, we have worked with fascia in daily life and in practice – by translating research into public education, treatment, training, and by building businesses around what we believe in. A constantly ongoing exploration, a winding journey to try to help people gain knowledge about the body in a simple way and feel better.
Now we are opening up and inviting you to a conversation – every day.
Through a series of short, recurring webinars, you can follow along as we share our perspective on the body, fascia, and the initiatives that have emerged along the way. It's a way to get closer to both the thoughts behind the work and what we actually do.
The webinars are 20 minutes, free, and open to everyone, and are broadcast live on the YouTube channel The Fascia Guide. An easy way to keep up with the movement, get to know us better – and feel for yourself where it leads. Mondays 12:30 – The Fascia Guide & the fascia movement (English)
Tuesdays 12:30 – Fascia treatment – how and why it works
Wednesdays 12:30 – Fascia Academy – Training in fascia
Thursdays 12:30 – The Fascia machine – what it does and why
Fridays 12:30 – The Fascia clinics – how we can do something great together

Are you in an environment that helps you feel good?
This week I experienced two situations that had diametrically opposite effects within the span of just a few hours.
One really brought me down, made me tired and listless, and the other lifted me up, and both are about how the environment we are in has a direct impact on how we feel.
It started when, for the first time in a very long time, I took a commuter train during rush hour. It's worth mentioning that many people right now are very worried and scared because a lot is happening in the world, tired and listless because it's dark and cold, and maybe a bit down because this is perhaps the month of the year when people struggle the most financially.
I completely forgot to prepare myself for entering that environment, and I was really dragged down by the energy on the train. At the same time, it was fascinating to see how much we can influence each other and how quickly a negative spiral can be created.
An hour or so later, I was at an event with about a hundred entrepreneurs and business owners, where the theme was about creating engagement and optimism for the future among staff and fellow human beings. The energy was high, everyone was talking about opportunities, grand goals for 2026, and suddenly I was full of energy, hope, and desire, so affected that on the train home I sat and prepared how I would use this energy to support our team in the work ahead.
We are now entering Fascia Guide's sixth year, and if there's one thing I want to highlight in the times we are in, it's the principle "We become the environment we are in".
If we choose to be in contexts of hope, faith, and care, we will feel better. At the same time, we should be aware that the context that surrounds us in everyday life is seldom one of hope, faith, and care.
We want to start 2026 by making it easier for people to find the environment, the energy that makes it easier to feel good.
So from now on, you can join me and Ivar every day, and we guarantee that we will show up with energy, with desire, with joy, faith, and hope.
Exciting news for those of you who like Fascia – now you can join us every day, ask questions, and together create an environment of optimism for the future.
