About Fasciaguiden
Fasciaguiden is a public-education platform and health innovation — an editorial team, a podcast, a conference, and a growing network. We spread knowledge about fascia to reduce unnecessary suffering and give people tools to care for their own bodies.
Fasciaguiden exists to transform how people relate to their bodies — shifting from mechanical-machine thinking toward understanding the body as a living, intelligent system.
Why we do this
1.5 billion people live with chronic pain today. Despite access to research, resources, and technology, the suffering persists. We believe it persists because the wrong questions are being asked. By spreading knowledge about fascia, we aim to reduce unnecessary suffering and give people tools to take control of their own health.
What we do
Fasciaguiden is a public-education platform and health innovation building an ecosystem of education, clinics, media, and networks. Together we drive the paradigm shift through dialogue, shared learning, and co-creation.

Who we are
Fasciaguiden was founded by Axel and Hans Bohlin. We work alongside researchers, therapists, and change leaders who share the conviction that the body deserves a richer language than the mechanical one.

Where we're heading
Our vision is a Sweden in 2030 where the understanding of the body is transformed. People across the country have deeper body awareness, new tools for understanding pain, and a stronger connection to their wholeness. Research, healthcare, education, and innovation integrate fascia as a central part of a new health ecosystem. Den levande kroppen grows from conference into movement, research frontier, and educational revolution.
