What did we talk about?
We opened by asking people where they were joining from. Kate from New Zealand. Jennifer from Amsterdam. Maria from Mexico. Someone from Western Australia at 3am. The room was small. The map was not.
Then we talked about why we're doing this — the origin, what drove us to organise the convention, what happened afterwards and where it led. About how the research exists but doesn't reach people, about what it actually takes for a new way of understanding the body to break through, and about why this feels like an unusually important moment. We talked about Sanna and what her story says about how things look for far too many people — and about the fact that it doesn't have to be this way. We ended with the question we always come back to: what can you and we do to make sure more people find out that another way exists?
