Structured, or hexagonal, water has properties that are very beneficial for our health. Ordinary tap water contains less energy, can be contaminated, and has a different structure than the water in our bodies. Hexagonal water is stable, has more energy, and shares the same structure as the water inside our bodies. This allows hexagonal water to deliver nutrients and remove waste from our cells more effectively. There are several ways to structure your own water. Here, we'll review some simple methods you can use. Sunlight: Place a glass container of water in strong sunlight for about 6-8 hours.

Sound: Another way to structure water is to expose it to sound waves. You can use tuning forks, pre-recorded frequencies, or place a container of water out in nature.

Devices and tools: There are several tools and devices intended for home use that can make it easier to structure your water. For example, special vortex machines, glass bottles with specific frequencies, and ceramic balls.

Manual stirring and saline solution: In fact, you don't need any expensive devices to make structured water. You can easily create it by making a saline solution and then stirring by hand. You can also buy pre-made drops if you don't want to make the saline solution yourself.

Here is a simple guide.

Choose an egg-shaped container or a vessel made of glass or ceramic. The egg shape creates a natural vortex that keeps the energy in motion. In an egg-shaped vessel, the water is able to breathe, which keeps the water cool. At the outer edges, the water is colder and sinks to the bottom. This forces warmer water to rise up in the middle. The process ensures constant cooling and improves the continuous circulation of energy. There is no area that is stagnant. As the water circulates, the water molecules form a tightly packed, organized network.

Make a saturated saline solution from natural, unprocessed salt. Dissolve as much salt as possible in clean, filtered water until no more can be dissolved. This may take a few hours. It doesn't matter if undissolved salt remains at the bottom of the container. Use the liquid from the top when adding it to your water. Add about 0.5 to 1.25 ml of the saline solution per liter of water. If you have purchased drops, you can add them directly to the water.

Choose a tool for stirring. We recommend tools made of wood, copper, silver, or gold instead of stainless steel or plastic. Copper, silver, and gold conduct electricity and produce an electric field that extends far out into the water.

Stir to create a vortex. If you stir the water manually, you should do it for several minutes in each direction. The speed is not important, but make sure you don't splash water out of your container. After you have stirred in both directions, you can give the water additional energy by stirring in a figure-eight pattern for a few minutes.
