Why We Do This
1.5 billion people worldwide live with chronic pain. Despite access to research, resources, and technology, suffering persists. We believe it’s because we’re asking the wrong questions.
The Fascia Guide exists to change people’s relationship with their bodies – from viewing it as a mechanical machine to understanding it as a living, intelligent system. By spreading knowledge about fascia, we aim to reduce unnecessary suffering and empower individuals to take control of their health.

What We Do
The Fascia Guide is a platform for public education and innovation in health. We offer:
- The Fascia Guide Podcast: Conversations about the body, new research, and a transformed view of health, pain, and healing.(Podtail)
- Fasciaguiden.se: Articles, courses, and resources to understand and care for the body.
- The Living Body: An annual conference and movement bringing together researchers, innovators, and change-makers to build bridges between research, innovation, and engagement.
We are building an ecosystem of education, clinics, media, and networks that drive the paradigm shift together through dialogue, co-learning, collaboration, and co-creation.
Who We Are
The Fascia Guide was founded by Axel Bohlin and Hans Bohlin – a father and son duo sharing a passion for understanding and improving human health.
- Axel Bohlin: Entrepreneur, podcast host, and CEO of Fascia Innovation. Axel is dedicated to making knowledge about the body accessible and understandable.
- Hans Bohlin: Innovator and fascia expert with over 30 years of experience in developing treatment methods and education in fascia.
Together with a network of researchers, therapists, and change-makers, we work to create a new understanding of the body and health.

Where We’re Headed
Our vision is that by 2030, our view of the body in Sweden will be completely transformed. People across the country will live with a deeper connection to their bodies, equipped with new tools and understanding of pain, and in stronger contact with their wholeness.
Research, healthcare, education, and innovation will have begun integrating fascia as the hub of a new health ecosystem. ‘The Living Body’ will have evolved from a conference into a movement, a research frontier, an educational revolution, and a new language for humanity’s innate healing power.
