87. Why do we think we are dead?

A living body and a dead body are not the same thing... There is a significant difference, so obvious it's almost ridiculous. A living body is alive, full of life and in constant flow.

But our entire modern understanding of the body is based on the study of dead bodies. Can you really understand the living by studying the dead?

What consequences has this had for how we understand ourselves, for our language, for our relationship to our bodies, each other, nature, and our surroundings?

Participants in this episode are Axel Bohlin, Hans Bohlin, and Per Johansson.
