As we get older, the body's production of collagen changes – which affects the network of Fascia that surrounds every single cell in the entire body. At the same time, the flow itself decreases, as does the amount of hyaluronic acid.
Simply put, we become less mobile and most of the body's functions gradually deteriorate.
But what happens to the aging process if we increase the flow and become more mobile?
How is physical aging connected to what makes us feel alive, to thoughts & feelings, what we do, and the environment we are in?
… and how do we as a society really view our elderly?
Participants in this episode are Axel Bohlin, Hans Bohlin, and Camilla Ranje Nordin.
