In today's episode of the Fascia Guide, we talk about breathing and how we can practically influence our Fascia through our breath. It may sound trivial, but the right kind of breathing can balance the body, initiate healing, and reduce pressure – and also make it easier to handle things like extreme cold or stress. Breathing is one of those things that is simple in theory – but difficult in practice. Our challenge to you is to become aware of how you breathe, to breathe deeply for at least 2 minutes per day, and to see if you notice a difference.
