We are a whole, one body, one being, and there is no separation in the body – everything is connected to everything. But we've been taught that this isn't so, that consciousness, thoughts, feelings, and the body are separate things that don't necessarily connect. For example, we believe we think with our heads, and somehow we have convinced ourselves that our thoughts do not affect the body. But we become what we think, just as we become what we do, we become what we eat, and we become the environment we are in. … but what does that mean if you've been through something? Where in the body are traumas, uncomfortable feelings, and difficult thoughts stored – and what do you do about them? Participants in this episode are Axel Bohlin, Hans Bohlin, and Camilla Ranje Nordin.
