Recent years of research in general, and research on fascia in particular, opens up a new understanding of how the body works and provides completely new explanations for diseases, aches, and pain.
A year has passed since Hans Bohlin, Per Johansson, and Axel Bohlin began recording the first season of the Fascia Guide – and a lot has happened since December 2019.
2020 has truly been a special year full of lessons, insights, and new reflections on Fascia as a perspective and scientific paradigm. Can we find new answers to diseases and major global challenges by thinking differently and understanding ourselves and our world in a new way?
In the first episode of the season, we start by stating that anyone who truly wants to understand Fascia must challenge their entire way of looking at themselves and their body.
Fascia forces us to think differently – but how do we do that when we have prepared ourselves our whole lives to think in parts and not as a whole, to NOT understand Fascia.
Participants in the episode are Axel Bohlin, Hans Bohlin, and Per Johansson.
