What is Fascia? is the title of episode 130 of the Fascia Guide podcast.
So we have released about 129 hours of podcast about Fascia and yet it feels justified to try to answer the question again.
Because Fascia is so much.
Fascia is the network of fiber proteins that surrounds everything in the body, from muscles and skeleton to organs and cells.
Fascia is also the flow that moves between all cells.
It is a way for our body to communicate.
It is a function that receives and relieves the pressure we are exposed to and a place where we store memories, thoughts, and feelings.
Fascia is what connects our entire body into a whole.
It is also a way for us to question our understanding of what a body is, as well as the way we do research.
… and it is obviously a topic one can talk about for at least 130 hours.
Participants in the episode are Axel Bohlin, Hans Bohlin, Per Johansson and Camilla Ranje
