A big thank you for 2024!
We at Fasciaguiden want to take this opportunity to thank you for a truly fantastic 2024!
An incredible amount has happened this year, so we took the opportunity to record a short film about the year that has passed.
The year ended with us releasing the book Fasciaguiden 1 – read more here and order it here
I would also like to take the opportunity to share my three favorite episodes from 2024 132. How can young people become interested in the body? – As a new father of two, I'm starting to think more and more about what we actually learn in school, for example. During my 15 years in the industry, I've realized that the body is perhaps the most exciting subject there is to study, especially since you are studying yourself, who you are, and how you function. But why do so many young people find the subject boring? How do you make the subject interesting and how do you get young people to take care of themselves?
148. Intravenous Vitamin C for increased well-being? Interview with Dr. Mareike Claussen – When I first tried intravenous Vitamin C, it was a bit like rediscovering the person I once was. 5-10 years ago, I was much more energetic, happier, more bubbly, and more easygoing. Something happens to us when we are under constant stress, and Mareike's theory is that basically everyone has a chronic Vitamin C deficiency. That's what this episode is about.
151. Fascia for soccer players, avoiding injuries & increasing performance – those who have followed the podcast for a while probably know by now that I am very interested in soccer. There is such enormous potential for soccer players to last longer, recover faster, and increase performance – if they were given knowledge about their own bodies in a simple way.
